By using our website, you signify your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms set out below, please do not use this website or submit any personal information.

Making A Purchase
All prices are in £ GBP Pounds Sterling (UK Pounds). Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our product pages, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process your order. An email confirming receipt of your order will be sent to you. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo. You may send your credit card information securely via the Internet as our online processing is undertaken by Worldpay, a world recognised leader in secure online payment processing. Please note that Donna Maisey Skin Care reserves the right to change our prices at any time.

Shipping and Handling
Currently, Donna Maisey Skin Care ships to addresses within the UK only. Your order will only be processed if your credit card billing address and card security code can be verified by our credit card payment acquisition company. Only at our discretion will we ship to a separate delivery address. We have introduced these precautions for the safety of our customers and us. Our free delivery service is available to anywhere in Mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Orders are despatched using Royal Mail first class delivery. Packing costs are included as part of our free delivery service.

Delivery Schedule
We will endeavour to despatch your order first class on the day of receipt if we have the order in stock. You will normally receive your order within 3 to 5 working days. If we do not have your order in stock, we will tell you either by email or telephone. We will tell you when we expect that part of the order to arrive. You will be given the opportunity to cancel that part of the order if you so wish. We may send some of the items in more than one package if some items are not in stock.

Returns and Cancellation policy
We accept back any goods which are not satisfactory for any reason for a full refund providing they are in an un-used, un-opened and ‘as new’ condition within seven days from the day after you receive the goods. A valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number must appear on the outside of the package and this unique number is obtained together with returns address by contacting us with details of the reason for the return. Please let us know that you will be returning the goods within 7 working days starting the day after delivery. You also have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after delivery of the goods without giving a reason and we will then refund your money as soon as possible but within 30 days of your cancellation. The cost of postage & packaging for returning the goods will be charged to the customer unless the goods are faulty, in which case we will reimburse the postage cost for the return to you in full. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Please note - should an order be returned to us because you did not collect it in time after an attempted delivery or the address you entered was incorrect we reserve the right to pass on any costs incurred.

Tax
Our Registered VAT No is 910 1406 82. All prices quoted are inclusive of all UK taxes. It is the responsibility of customers residing outside the UK to pay any extra taxes due on the goods and we will not accept responsibility for any action taken by customs in your country. It is a requirement in the UK to include a customs docket, which notifies the customs authorities of the goods contained within the package.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction on any goods received faulty or damaged. We ask that you notify Donna Maisey Skin Care within 10 days of receipt and we will tell you how to return the goods to us. We will pay for the return postage of faulty or damaged goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Products are suggested by Donna Maisey Skin Care based on the accuracy of information given by you on the online consultation and face mapping forms. These forms are not intended as a substitute for a one to one consultation with our qualified skin care professionals and they are not intended as medical advice. It is particularly recommended that all first time users of Dermalogica products complete these forms. You should contact our online skin care therapist if you have any questions for advice.

Complaints
Our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction and we rigorously investigate any complaints that you may have. If you do wish to make a complaint about our products or services, please email us in the first instance to . Please provide full details about your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and provide a likely timescale for resolving the dispute and keep you informed about the progress.
