Shopping with us couldn't be easier. Online shopping is a convenient way to get the things you want at a time that suits you!
   
1. Find the Items You Want
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located every page of our store. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item. Ask for advice if you need it!
2. Add the Items to Your Shopping Basket
If you want to order an item from Donna Maisey Skin Care, click the "Add to Basket" button on the item's product detail page. Here you may also use the Postage Estimator, by selecting your postage destination. This will give you the price of shipping your products to you. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Basket, use the basket's navigation bar or the "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your basket contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Basket at any time by clicking the Shopping Basket icon at the top of every page of our Web site.
3. Continue to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Basket. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Basket" section, click the "continue to checkout" button. Here you have the option to register if you wish. By registering with Donna Maisey Skin Care the first time you order, you will be able to automatically retrieve your address and delivery details as well as previous ordering information any time you sign in with your email address and password.
4. Log In
Enter your e-mail address and password if you are a returning customer, in order to proceed to payment details. If you are a new customer, you will need to complete the short registration form. (Keep in mind that the e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about subsequent orders.)
5. Provide Payment Information
Next, after accepting our online Terms and Conditions, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo. You may send your credit card information via the Internet. Our online processing is undertaken by Protx and Streamline Merchant Services, world recognised leaders in secure online payment processing. All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.
6. Security
All information regarding shopping transactions, including credit card number details is handled by Worldpay, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. For millions of people around the world, WorldPay is the way to pay - trusted and secure.
Transaction security
All transaction information passed between our website and the Protx VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to our servers from Protx are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Protx servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Encryption and Data Storage
Once on the Protx systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
No credit card details are stored in any form by Donna Maisey Skin Care.
7. Review and Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the Place Your Order button to submit your order. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming the amount charged to your card and providing you with a unique reference number. Furthermore, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging your order.
